We disassemble vintage Italian leather, oiled jackets, workwear, Harris Tweed, and other garments, then reconstruct them from the patterns to create one-of-a-kind leather items and outerwear.

This YOUSED leather jacket is made by disassembling each vintage European leather jacket in good condition, combining the parts, and reconstructing them. Enjoy the unique character created by combining leathers with different textures. The natural marks, wrinkles, and variations characteristic of vintage leather are preserved, allowing the distinctive character of leather aged over many years to shine through.
A 1st-type reconstructed leather jacket with a cinch back. Made entirely from vintage European leather, this version uses particularly lightweight and supple lamb leather. The silhouette is slightly wide and relaxed, with a subtly longer length for balance. The back features the cinch back characteristic of the 1st type, while hand-warmer pockets provide added convenience. To preserve the look of the 1st type, these pockets open along the side seams, making them invisible from the front. The lining combines fabric from disassembled vintage flannel shirts with black cotton, creating a piece with a one-of-a-kind character that cannot be replicated through mass production.
