Domestic Shipping within Japan (Yamato Transport)

Free shipping on orders of ¥15,000 or more, excluding tax.

For orders below ¥15,000 excluding tax, the shipping fee is ¥880. Shipping to Hokkaido costs ¥1,200, and shipping to Okinawa costs ¥1,600.

If you would like same-day dispatch, please select “No preferred delivery date or time.” Orders placed before 3:00 PM Japan time can be dispatched the same day. We are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Depending on the destination, delivery may take two days even when your order is dispatched the same day.

International Shipping (United States, Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, and New Zealand)

Orders to the United States are shipped via Yamato Transport International TA-Q-BIN for ¥6,300.

Orders to Taiwan, South Korea, and Hong Kong are shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS) for ¥2,200.

Orders to Singapore are shipped via EMS for ¥3,300.

Orders to Canada and New Zealand are shipped via EMS for ¥4,500 to either destination.

International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Delivery usually takes approximately 4–10 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs clearance.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Product prices and shipping fees do not include customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Amounts vary by country and product. Please contact your local customs office or postal service for details.
