By examining the historical context of a single vintage garment we encounter, we conduct thorough research—from every single thread to the fabric, sewing, and washing processes—to create our reproductions.

Just as the names of the original designers were not recorded on the workwear and daily wear of the past, we believe that the charm of these garments lies in the fact that we do not know who created them.

 

This long-sleeve shirt features a refreshing check fabric that lightens the ruggedness typically associated with the specifications and fabric weight of a chambray shirt.

While such a piece would normally be constructed as a casual shirt with an open collar and no front placket, the use of heavy-duty workwear sewing techniques gives it a finish that reflects the pride of Hercules, the leading workwear line of Sears in the 1950s.

Because it is made from linen-blend selvedge fabric, this long-sleeve shirt is comfortable to wear even in summer with the sleeves rolled up.

I am wearing a size 40.

This is a spring/summer seasonal check work shirt with a wonderful atmosphere, thanks to its tasteful color palette.

This model is based on a vintage Hercules piece from the 1950s.

It uses a cotton-linen fabric perfect for this season, offering a cool, refreshing feel that makes it very easy to wear.

It not only goes great with jeans and chinos, but I also recommend wearing it casually over shorts or rolling up the sleeves for a light summer layer.
