TUF-NUT TN42597H T/C WIDE WORK TROUSERS AGING MODEL

TUF-NUT, a brand that developed workwear primarily in the American West, earned a reputation for high-quality craftsmanship, leading them to supply work shirts and slacks to the military during World War II.
Even after the war, they continued to produce high-quality chambray shirts, work jackets, work pants, overalls, and more, gaining widespread recognition throughout the United States.
Subsequently, they expanded their production to meet the needs of the times, branching out beyond traditional workwear.
By the 1960s, the brand distinguished itself from other workwear manufacturers by diversifying its materials, functionality, and color palettes, offering items with an East Coast aesthetic—including colored pants and stretchable apparel—that set them apart from the competition.

These work trousers are made from a rugged twill fabric woven with a blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton.
In addition to a pleasant feel against the skin, the fabric is wrinkle-resistant and features a characteristic luster.
While many vintage TUF-NUT trousers were designed with urea buttons, these feature snap buttons embossed with the brand name for added convenience.
Incorporating vintage details like a waist coin pocket and a brass TALON zipper, they are also designed for modern life with slightly larger pocket openings and bag fabric.
The silhouette is a wide straight cut, and the inseam length is consistent across all waist sizes.

This is the wide-silhouette version of the TN42300, which has been well-received since its launch in 2022. While maintaining the same specifications as the TN42300, it features a deeper rise and a fuller silhouette with more room from the hip to the hem.
The label above the rear right pocket is a newly designed element for this release.
This aging model undergoes a treatment process that gives it a supple texture, making it exceptionally comfortable to wear.

The work pants I’ve been looking forward to have finally arrived.
Unlike chinos, these are genuine work pants made from a cotton-poly blend.
I had been wanting to introduce a high-quality product like this at our shop, but it was difficult to find one... However, now that we’ve decided to carry TUF-NUT, we can finally offer a pair of work pants that I can recommend with confidence.
With their tightly woven fabric, waist coin pocket, and TALON zipper, the details are perfect.
The silhouette is that classic, thick, masculine fit that hasn't changed since back in the day.
If you're looking for the definitive work pant, this has to be it.
I’ll be picking up a few pairs in different colors myself (laughs).
