MOCEAN is an American factory brand established in California in 1991.
Specializing in nylon jackets, pants, and general apparel, the brand is well-regarded for its quality, having manufactured products for many outdoor brands back when Sierra Designs and Patagonia were still made in the USA.
Today, they boast a stellar track record of producing uniforms for bike patrols, firefighters, and emergency medical services throughout California.

MOCEAN is an American brand that we used to carry every summer here at Mr. OLDMAN.
It’s a brand I personally love, but unfortunately, we had to stop carrying them when they ceased production of their US-made models.

Now, we have unearthed a deadstock supply of MOCEAN’s masterpiece, the Velocity Shorts—once worn by bike patrol units—and they have returned to Mr. OLDMAN for the first time in several years.

Made from comfortable Supplex nylon, these are designed with cycling in mind.
They are resistant to mud and oil, and feature ample pockets and detailed touches for carrying walkie-talkies and various other items.
The seat and back of the thighs are made from "X-Factor" fabric, which offers excellent stretch.
While highly elastic, the material is also durable against friction, quick-drying, and breathable.

They have a well-balanced silhouette that hits just at the knee when worn properly at the waist.
