It has been over a decade since the 20th century ended, a century that can be described as a turbulent era for humanity. Great strides were made in civilization, and humanity even reached the moon.
It is no exaggeration to say that most of what we call "fashion" today was born from that time. Keeping that immense power, I want to create clothing by imagining another 20th century—neither a replica nor a vintage piece.

 

The Kinsale Yacht Master Jacket is now released in nylon.
Featuring a single layer of thin ripstop nylon, it serves as a lightweight outer layer to protect against the wind.
Despite being made of nylon, the use of classic hardware gives it a distinct, lo-fi aesthetic.

 

Hi STORY
”The 1960s, a small port town called Kinsale in Ireland.
With its beautiful yacht harbor and historical heritage, the landscape was more than enough to welcome tourists. To generate even more excitement, the men of the port started a small yacht race.
By the 70s, the event had gained momentum, attracting sailors from around the world.
The jackets worn by the Kinsale sailors at the time were the prototypes for what came to be known as deck parkas.
Sailors' deck parkas had long been handmade, piece by piece, by the women of the port town, but they eventually became a staple in the global yachting scene and as event jackets, leading to mass production in various regions.”

I am wearing size 3.

It is only available in size 3, but since it has a wide body and a shorter length, I think most people will find this size fits them well.

 

A pullover-type hoodie made from a very thin, lightweight ripstop fabric that feels as if you're not even wearing anything.

With its smooth fabric, it's perfect for sun protection or keeping cool in air-conditioned environments. The material itself is very breathable, making it a highly useful long-sleeve item for the summer.

I really love the contrast between the thin nylon and the classic hoodie design.

It pairs perfectly with shorts and is an ideal piece for early autumn.
