another 20th century Another Twentieth Century Fox Hunt Jacket
【another 20th century】
More than a decade has passed since the 20th century ended, and it can be described as a turbulent century (era) for humanity.Humanity made great advances in civilization and even reached the moon.
It would not be an exaggeration to say that most of what we call “fashion” today originated there.I want to create clothing by imagining another 20th century - neither a replica nor vintage, while retaining that immeasurable power.

Introducing the classic Fox Hunt Jacket.
A horseman's hunter jacket born from the story of fox hunting.
This jacket is made from a dry-touch twill fabric with an outstanding washed look. It features comfortable raglan sleeves, a generous width, a short length, and the kind of silhouette characteristic of this brand.
With matching black corduroy on the underside of the collar and cuffs and large pockets, this is an extremely practical jacket. It is also roomy enough for substantial layering underneath.

Hi STORY
“Calgary in western Canada, a cowboy town known as Cowtown.
The scenery of long drives overlooking the Canadian Rockies is extremely famous.
This region, blessed with abundant nature, also had a long history of hunting in addition to its livestock industry.
Hunting on horseback with hounds was a culture brought over from Britain in the 17th century.
Along with the global modern movement to protect animals, this gradually began to change.
As strict laws were gradually put in place, balancing industry and culture was no easy matter.
Hunting in particular also has a strong history as a game, but most forms of it were banned in the 1970s.
Even today, many of the garments worn by the horsemen in this region are remnants of the days when fox hunting was popular.”
*Hi STORY is fiction, and all people and organizations appearing in it are entirely fictional.
A word from the staff
Ichimura / 175 cm / 75 kg / wearing size 3

This jacket is packed with the character of another 20th century, a brand I personally like very much.
The distinctive balance of a generous width and shorter length is just right; once you actually put it on, it blends in much more naturally than you might expect. The washed-cotton-twill texture is also excellent, and its ability to be worn casually every day without overthinking it is a real appeal.
Because it is black, it works with almost anything. Of course, it looks great worn ruggedly with denim or military trousers, but I also recommend pairing it with slightly dressier pants, such as slacks.
There is plenty of room across the body, so you can layer a heavy sweatshirt or knit underneath during colder weather. I think it is an exceptionally versatile jacket that will serve you well from fall through early spring.
I feel that clothes like these, with a little character yet a natural appeal that makes you reach for them without thinking, are the kind you can enjoy for a long time.
