They are like yard sales, like flea markets, and also like community hubs where everyone gathers.
The racks might be filled with vintage items, secondhand clothes, or even college apparel and uniforms filled with someone's memories.
The shopkeepers are local grandmas and grandpas. It’s a warm place where conversations like "How are you doing?" and "Did you find anything good?" easily blossom.

THRIFTY LOOK means "secondhand clothing." However, our items are not actually secondhand.
We select basic items that can be used with affection, and out of respect for the good old American style, we have added the "mark" of THRIFTY LOOK.

Using an ozone generator for garment washing—one of only a few in Japan—we generate ozone and introduce it into the machine, where it reacts with the water left in the product after spinning to oxidize and decolorize the fabric.
Since this process does not damage the fabric, you can enjoy a pre-worn look on a brand-new item. This process is also environmentally conscious, as it uses 15% less water than standard washing.

This features a print of Eric Clapton taken during his tours in the 70s and 80s.
