HIGHER is based in the southwestern part of Okayama Prefecture, a region known for its hat manufacturing. The name "HIGHER" was chosen to express a constant ambition to "aim higher," never settling for the current state of technology or quality. With a commitment to MADE IN JAPAN craftsmanship, each product is carefully handmade, leveraging the meticulous attention to detail characteristic of Japanese artisans.

This hat is made from uneven yarn chino fabric, characterized by its deep, textured look.
Because it is dyed with sulfide dyes, which are prone to fading and developing a worn-in appearance, enjoying its aging process is part of the charm.
Based on vintage military sailor hats, it has been rebuilt with a focus on silhouette and ease of wear.
The brim, featuring detailed stitching, is designed with varying lengths and angles in the front and back, allowing you to wear it two different ways depending on which side you choose for the front.
A size-adjustable Velcro strap is included inside the sweatband.
