melple Carpenter Pants
The brand name "melple" is a coined term derived from "mellow people."
It draws inspiration from the mellow, laid-back atmosphere of California and the people who lead rich, fulfilling lifestyles.
Influenced by this culture, we propose a "Modern Vintage Style" that feeds that aesthetic back into our craftsmanship.
Instead of simply reproducing archives, we interpret ever-changing cultures and styles in a uniquely melple way.
We hope you enjoy the relaxed, distinctly melple vibe.
A work jacket that can also be worn as a set with the popular Carpenter Pants.
It features a short length, a relaxed silhouette, and two large patch pockets.
The patch pockets are large-capacity painter-style pockets that inherit the design of the Carpenter Pants, making them highly practical; there is also a hammer loop under the right pocket, adding an iconic design touch. The cinch back on the rear adds an accent that exudes a great atmosphere.
The material used is a rich, uneven-yarn back satin that evokes the look of US Army fatigue/baker pants. Through careful washing (and special dyeing/washing processes), we have recreated the aged, vintage-like texture.
It is a mellow work jacket that blends American-born styles and details in a uniquely melple way.

This is a "first-type" short-length jacket made from the same back satin material with uneven yarn as our highly popular Carpenter Pants.
It looks great as a set, but it’s also a highly recommended model that is easy to pair with various bottoms, such as denim or chinos.
