The ideal denim you'll want to wear all year round: "Mr.OLDMAN DENIM FATIGUE PANTS"
Good evening everyone, this is Ichimura from Mr. OLDMAN.
On our day off recently, I went climbing on Mt. Tanigawa for the first time in a while.
This trip began when staff member NATSUMI said, "I'd love to try climbing Mt. Tanigawa!" So, all of the Mr. OLDMAN staff and our usual friends headed out together.
We were worried about the high temperatures, but it was surprisingly cool and we were able to enjoy the hike.
True to Mt. Tanigawa, the weather kept shifting between cloudy and clear, but it was a fun climb.
It had been a while since I last climbed it myself, but Tanigawa is cool no matter how many times you go!
It seems this mountain trip sparked an interest in hiking for NATSUMI, as she's been looking at hiking gear (lol).
I'll report back whenever we head out somewhere again, so stay tuned.

Now then, today I'd like to introduce our original denim fatigue pants.
We released these in indigo last year, and they are essentially a pair of very self-indulgent denim pants that I turned into reality because it was something I personally really wanted.
We used 10-ounce denim from Okayama.
They are moderately light, so you can wear them in this current season, yet they aren't cold during the autumn and winter.
They have baker-style fronts but painter-style backs, and we kept it simple by removing the side pockets and hammer loops.
The silhouette is wide but has just the right amount of taper, making them easy to style with sneakers or leather shoes.
They are my own personal pair of denim pants, packed with all of my selfish preferences (lol).
Surprisingly—or perhaps not—this self-indulgent denim was very well received, and after the indigo, I thought I wanted some in natural denim, which led to this creation.
It’s a 10-ounce fabric with a neppy texture and a natural, unbleached color.
It's not white; this exquisite natural, unbleached shade is what makes it great.
Although they arrived a few months later than originally planned, I am personally very satisfied with the finished product after seeing the real thing.
We have already had many people come to the shop to buy them, and many customers ordering from afar online.
I am truly grateful.
But since we really did create something great, I hope as many people as possible get to wear them.

I am 175cm tall and wearing size L.
NATSUMI is 162cm tall and wearing size M.
The waist is a bit big, but if you tighten it with a belt, women can wear them and look great too.
