Hello everyone, this is Ichimura from Mr. OLDMAN.

 

As usual, I’ve been heading into Tokyo every week.

 

Going to exhibitions, discussing bespoke orders, and visiting shops I’m curious about.

 

 

I was kindly invited to check out a new brand yesterday.

 

I had wanted to go to their previous exhibition but the timing didn't work out, so I finally got to go this time.

 

This set-up, made from a fabric that looked very comfortable, was truly excellent.

I think many of you would like this jacket, too.

 

While I was talking at the exhibition, I bumped into Mr. A from tmp coop, a select shop in Nagano.

 

It’s a shop I’ve loved since I was in my 20s, and I visited it for the first time about two years ago.

 

It’s a shop I truly love for its great sense in product selection; there are many parts of it that I personally relate to.

 

If you ever go to Suwa, please make sure to visit them.

 

 

After that, I fell in love at first sight with this shirt at the BRENA exhibition.

 

It’s made of a loosely woven fabric that is very elegant and sophisticated; I want to wear it casually in the summer.

 

When it comes down to it, clothes really are all about shirts.

 

 

The paisley isn't overdone, which is nice.

 

This amount is just right.

 

 

There were some lovely belts, too.

 

These kinds of encounters only happen because I go there in person.

 

 

And so many BRADOR sandals.

 

They are great sandals; we will be carrying some of their models next year, so please look forward to that.

 

 

And at the last exhibition I visited, I found this item for the first time in a while.

 

I hadn't seen it in ages, but I heard that it’s become a super rare item now.

 

No wonder I haven't seen it anywhere.

 

I am going to place an order for it, but the delivery date is currently TBD.

 

The quality is top-notch, so please stay tuned and wait patiently.

 

 

 

So, as usual, I’ve been making the rounds at these exhibitions.

 

Meeting people, talking, having something born from those conversations, and reflecting that in the shop.

 

That is what I truly love, even if it is a bit exhausting (haha).

 

I'm working hard to create an even better shop, so I appreciate your continued support.

 

James Maygoats Navajo Mosaic Inlay Star Bangle

 

Now, some special bangles have also arrived at the shop.

 

These are star bangles made with mosaic inlay by Navajo artist James Maygoats.

 

The stars, precisely filled with turquoise, onyx, red coral, and more, have such a great vibe, and they have a different charm than typical Indian jewelry.

 

They can be worn more casually and with more sophistication than heavy-duty Indian jewelry, so I think they are highly recommended for adult men and women in particular.

 

 

 

 

 

It’s cool to wear something like this effortlessly.

 

These are rare pieces that you don't often get to see.
