Starting tomorrow, the 27th, we will be hosting a pop-up store for "SUNNY SIDE UP," a brand from Okayama that delights us with a wide variety of remake items.

 

From planning, design, and patterns, to the dismantling of vintage clothing and the actual sewing, their craftsmanship is infused with the founder's passion and spirit.

 

They create pieces with meticulous attention to detail, maximizing the charm of vintage and secondhand clothing while valuing the fine handcraftsmanship of the good old days.

 

Please come and enjoy the unique charm and atmosphere of this brand, which originates from Kojima, Okayama.

 

 

 

 

We have just finished setting everything up, so I would like to give you a quick sneak peek at what kind of items we have in store!

 

Here they are!

 

 

Personally, my top favorite is this Type 1 jacket.

 

It is made entirely from scratch by dismantling old models and piecing them together in a patchwork style.

 

It's a piece you can wear with an oversized fit.

 

 

Each one is a one-of-a-kind item with a completely different vibe.

 

Personally, I really want one!

 

 

And these painter pants are also made from scratch by dismantling old garments.

p>These are sure to be irresistible for those who love a wider silhouette.

 

 

There is also a version in duck canvas.

 

 

And we have distressed shorts too.

 

These look great as well!

 

 

 

First, here is a piece with a Beethoven print applied over a US Army T-shirt.

 

The atmospheric Beethoven print makes for a very impressive finish.

The khaki color is also looking quite nice.

 

 

 

And these are used T-shirts.

 

They’ve applied an overprint directly on top of the existing print and pockets.

 

It's a really interesting and clever idea!

These are all made using authentic military-issue items as well.
