20世紀という時代が終わってもう十数年、人類にとっては激動の世紀（じだい）だったと言える。文明の上でも大きな躍進を遂げ、人類は月にまで到着した。
今ここにある「ファッション」というもののほとんどがそこから生まれたといっても過言じゃない。その計り知れないパワーをそのままにレプリカでもない、ヴィンテージでもない、もう一つの20世紀を想像して洋服をつくろうと思う。

 

キンセールヨットマスタージャケットよりナイロンがリリースされました。
薄手リップナイロン一重の仕様で、風よけのためのライトなアウターになります。
ナイロン素材ながらクラシックな素材を付属することでローテク感漂う一着に仕上がりました。

 

Hi STORY
”60年代、アイルランドのキンセールという小さな港町。
美しいヨットハーバーと歴史遺産のある風景があれば、観光客を迎えるに十分なものでした。更なる盛り上がりを計るため港の男達は小さなヨットレースを立ち上げます。
70年代になると世界から船乗りたちが集うイベントとして大会は盛り上がりをみせます。
この頃、キンセールの船乗りたちが着ていたジャケットがデッキパーカと呼ばれるものの原型でした。
昔から船乗りたちのデッキパーカは港町の婦人たちによって一点一点手作りされていましたが、その後世界のヨットシーンや大会ジャケットとして定着し、各地で量産されるようになりました。”

3のみの展開となりますが身幅広め、着丈は長くありませんのでほとんどの方はこのサイズで問題ないと思います。

 

とても薄く、着ていないかの様に軽く、ライトな質感のリップストップ生地で作られたプルオーバータイプのフーディ。

さらりとした生地で日除けやエアコン対策に最適、生地自体はとても涼しい生地ですので夏に着られる長袖としてとても重宝してくれます。

薄手のナイロンでクラシックなフーディ、このギャップがとても良いです。

ショーツと合わせたり、初秋のアイテムとしてもぴったりです。

今シーズンとても楽しみにしていたモデルですので、是非ご検討下さい。
